Licensing Information

1. Software License

EduIT is a proprietary software product owned by Kiin Innovation. The software and all associated intellectual property rights are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

Your use of EduIT is governed by a subscription-based license agreement. This license grants you the right to use the software in accordance with your subscription plan and our Terms of Service.

2. License Types

2.1 Subscription License

Most users access EduIT through a subscription license, which provides:

• Regular updates and feature enhancements
• Technical support and maintenance

2.2 Enterprise License

3. Permitted Uses

Under your license, you are permitted to:

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the EduIT software, including but not limited to:

• Source code, object code, and compiled applications
• User interface designs and graphics
• Documentation and training materials
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Algorithms, methodologies, and business processes

These remain the exclusive property of Kiin Innovation and its licensors. Nothing in this license grants you any rights to such intellectual property.

6. Third-Party Components

EduIT may include third-party open-source software components. These components are subject to their respective open-source licenses, which may include:

• MIT License
• Apache License 2.0
• BSD Licenses
• GNU General Public License (GPL)

7. License Termination

Your license to use EduIT will terminate:

• Upon expiration of your subscription period (if not renewed)
• If you breach any terms of the license agreement
• If you request account deletion
• If we discontinue the service (with appropriate notice)

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and may request export of your data in accordance with our data export policies.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the software at any time. Updates may include bug fixes, security patches, new features, or changes to existing functionality. Your continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified software.

9. Compliance and Auditing

We reserve the right to audit your use of the software to ensure compliance with the license terms. You agree to cooperate with any such audit and provide reasonable assistance.

Non-compliance with license terms may result in immediate termination of your license and legal action.
